BECcover Building Employee Commitment Building Employee Commitment and Engagement in Christian Organizations: 2007 Best Christian Workplaces Survey Report Our 2007 research suggests that staff commitment and engagement has a direct impact on an organization’s effectiveness. This 26 page research report is based entirely on Christian organizations such as Joni and Friends, Dallas Theological Seminary, The Church of the Resurrection (United Methodist), Tyndale Publishers and Evangelical Christian Credit Union (ECCU).
